Payment. Invoices are payable within 10 days unless the service agreement says otherwise, by bank transfer or by card through the secure payment link included with the invoice. Prices are in EUR unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds. If you cancel more than 30 days before the programme starts, we refund the advance minus any third-party costs already committed. Within 30 days of the start, third-party costs and coordination work already done are non-refundable. If we cancel, or a visit cannot take place for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled visit, at your choice.

Changes. Company visits depend on the host company's availability. If a host reschedules, we offer an alternative slot or a comparable company, or refund that visit.

Tax. Services to VAT-registered businesses in the EU are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.

Payment methods. We accept bank transfer in EUR, USD and HKD, and Visa and Mastercard through a secure payment link processed by Airwallex. Card details are entered on Airwallex's secure page and are never seen or stored by Bleyen Limited.

Delivery of services. Bleyen Limited does not sell or ship physical goods. Our services are delivered in person in mainland China or remotely, on the dates and within the scope set out in the signed service agreement.

Liability. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not responsible for decisions made by host companies or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law. These Terms and Conditions, and every order processed by Bleyen Limited, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

What we collect. Contact details (name, email, phone, company, job title), participant details needed to organise programmes and visits (such as passport or visa details and dietary needs), and invoicing and payment information.

Why we use it. To prepare proposals, sign and perform service agreements, organise visits, invoice and receive payment, and meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Who we share it with. Only what is needed with host companies, hotels, transport and interpretation providers in China; Airwallex, which processes payments; our accountants; and IT providers that host our email and website. We never sell personal data.

International transfers. Your data may be processed in Hong Kong, mainland China and the European Union. Where EU data protection law applies, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep it. Contract and invoicing records for 7 years, as Hong Kong record-keeping rules require. Other data only as long as needed for the engagement.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or receive a copy, under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and, where it applies, the EU GDPR. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
